Global Empathy Training Academy is partnered with Ventura County Development Board, powered by Eckerd Connects, to help individuals develop employability skills through real-world job experiences.

The program is designed to connect community employers with individuals to build skills and maximize their marketability in the workforce. Our role as the Training Worksite Provider is to develop a transitional job training plan for Eckert Connect employees during the training experience.
